The Child Development Associate Credential Training Program (CDA) is designed specifically for individuals who want to
learn about early childhood appropriate practices. the candidate will be able to demonstrate skills in working with children,
parents and adults to provide high quality child care.
A CDA candidate will complete 120 hours of formal education in early childhood.
The topics will include: Safety, First Aid/ CPR, Health, Learning Environment, Child Abuse, Child Development,
Social and Emotional, Observing and Recording, Professionalism, Business and more.
We will help you with the process to obtain the CDA credentials.
Registrations will be open from February 2006 to August 2006 for Fall classes.
Courses are offered in English, Spanish and Bilingual Specialization.
